Took the kids out to Karen, named after Karen Blixen I think (aka Isak Dinesen), to the Giraffe Center. Its very cool, we fed and petted the wild giraffes with their beautiful hypnotic eyes, they remind me of the Eye of Ra.
Meanwhile the warthogs took 30 second dirt naps at the giraffes' feet. Phoebe was pretty fearless and fed and petted them while studying them with her scientist expression firmly in place.
Logan was a little more skittish and a little more openly delighted.
